A&E Estates is the result of a life-long dream held by founder and owner, Edward Corrigan. Growing up in Southampton, Edward was always fascinated with the surrounding landscape—both man-made and natural. It was his desire early on to pursue a career that incorporated his appreciation for his environment with his family’s roots in the community. It wasn’t long before his plans led him to college majoring in landscape design and horticulture.

Soon after college Edward worked for one of the largest plant nurseries on the east end applying his newly developed insights to the more practical demands of a retail operation. From the start, Edward's insight and expertise was appreciated by clients and employer. Yet, as rewarding as that was, Edward knew it was only a start. That’s when A&E Estates was born.

For over 5 years A&E Estates has sought to become the premier property management company in the Hamptons. As a licensed landscape architect Edward Corrigan understood that the surest path to success was to surround himself with the most professional staff possible AND provide the most complete set of design and maintenance services available.
